Do you take online payments?
You don't have to pay online. You can — but you don't have to. Pay with cash, credit card, online, or any other method that works for you.
What is the minimum driver age?
Standard minimum is 21. Drivers under 21 may be possible with extra conditions; please get in touch.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence (EU or international) plus passport or national ID. Turkish citizens can use a national ID; foreign drivers usually need a passport.
How does the fuel policy work?
You return the car at the same fuel level you received it. If you return short on fuel we charge market price plus a small service fee.
Is comprehensive insurance included?
Standard third-party liability is included on every rental. Comprehensive (CASCO) is optional and can be added at booking — it removes the user-fault excess on most damage.
Where do you offer free transfers?
Free pickup and drop-off across Famagusta, free pickup from the Derinya border crossing, free pickup from the Famagusta border crossing, and free transfer to Long Beach.
What if I return the car late?
First hour is free. After that we apply a per-hour pro-rata; over 4 hours late counts as a full extra day. If you let us know in advance we can usually extend free of charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, one day is charged. No-show forfeits one day.
How do I report damage or an accident?
Call us at +90 546 996 1004. We need a police report and photos of the damage. We walk you through the operational details on the call.
Do you have child seats?
Yes. Baby seats and boosters available as optional add-ons. Mention it at booking and we have it ready at handover.
Can I cross the border into the south?
No. Local regulations don't allow it and our insurance does not cover the south side. North Cyprus rentals can only be used in North Cyprus — they cannot cross into the south.
