No. We don’t take a deposit and don’t ask for credit-card details to reserve. Your phone, email and a photo of your licence are enough.

Yes, easily. After you book, go to My Bookings on Fleet Manager to view, re-date, change the car or cancel — anytime before pickup, on your own. Bookings without prepayment are free to change or cancel, and there is no need to call us.

No. You can pay online, but you don’t have to. Pay with cash, credit card, bank transfer or online — whichever works for you.

A valid driving licence (foreign / EU / international accepted) plus passport or national ID. Turkish citizens can use a national ID; foreign drivers usually need a passport.

The minimum is 21. Drivers aged 21–24 pay a young-driver fee; there’s no extra fee for drivers 25 and over.

Prices and payment are available in EUR, TRY, GBP and USD with no conversion markup.

Yes. Rentals over 7 days get automatic tiered discounts, and 30+ days are billed at a monthly rate; you can extend the same car to new dates.

Standard third-party liability is included on every rental. Comprehensive (CASCO) is optional and can be added at booking — it removes the user-fault excess on most damage.

You return the car at the same fuel level you received it. If you return short on fuel we charge market price plus a small service fee.

Call us at +90 546 996 1004. We need a police report and photos of the damage, and we walk you through the operational details on the call.

The first hour is free. After that we apply a per-hour pro-rata; over 4 hours late counts as a full extra day. If you let us know in advance we can usually extend free of charge.

Free: within Famagusta, the Deryneia border crossing, the Famagusta (Strovilia) crossing, and Long Beach. Paid: Larnaca (LCA) and Ercan (ECN) airport transfers.

Yes. Larnaca and Ercan airport transfers are paid; our team meets you and hands over your car in North Cyprus.

Yes. Baby seats and boosters are optional add-ons — mention it at booking and we have it ready at handover. Portable Wi-Fi is available too.

You can collect it at our Famagusta office, or we can meet you in your area or at the border crossing.

Our entire fleet is automatic with air conditioning, and there is no mileage limit — drive as much as you like.

Yes. Foreign and international licences are accepted — tourists are welcome.

No. TRNC-plated rentals cannot cross north→south — insurance is void in the south and it is not permitted. For guests arriving from the south, we meet you at the border crossing and hand over a north-side car there.
