What happens at the door

Our team member arrives with the car at the agreed time. The standard ten minutes: walk-around together, condition recorded on the agreement, a check of your physical licence card (held at least 1 year) and passport or ID, signature, keys. Returning from the hotel

Yes — and this is half the value. Tell us your checkout time at booking or any time mid-rental on WhatsApp, and the car is collected from the hotel on departure day. Fuel returns same-to-same; if your plans overrun, the published rule applies (first hour free, hourly pro-rata, 4+ hours = a full day — advance notice usually makes the extension free).

Three departure-day setups, depending on your flight:

• Civilised flight time: car collected at the hotel; you take your transfer to the airport.
• Drive yourself: keep the car to the end and hand it over at Ercan Airport — €39 per direction; the Famagusta-to-Ercan drive takes 40–50 minutes.
• Dawn flight: hand the car back the evening before at the hotel — often the calmest option; times are arranged on WhatsApp.

Arriving by air: airport handover or hotel delivery?

Both work; the difference is money and timing. An Ercan handover puts the keys in your hand at arrivals for the published €39 per direction, while free hotel delivery costs nothing but starts at your hotel, not the terminal.
